Stage 1 Online Application: 5 min to evaluate cultural fit
Stage 2 Read Pre-Interview Info: 20 min to evaluate cultural fit
Stage 3 Group Interview: 15 min to evaluate personality
Stage 4 Take-Home Exam: 2.5 hour to evaluate technical skills
