Growth Marketing Specialist

Job Description

  1. Develop/implement marketing strategies for projects, including company websites and social media
  2. Create and execute lead generation programs
  3. Analyze data to determine campaign efficiency
  4. Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines
  5. Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to senior management team
  6. Assist in monitoring active marketing programs and developing ways to improve those campaigns
  7. Submit ideas for experimental marketing programs designed to enhance and grow the company’s brand
  8. Work closely with other team members to create innovative ways to gain exposure for products
  9. Be available as a resource for senior marketing professionals who need assistance with completing large projects

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or equivalent degree
  2. Strong command of English and Mandarin language (both verbal and written)
  3. Familiar with AAARR / pirate metrics and has experience in driving user growth campaigns with very limited budget
  4. Strong-skilled at MVP building with some necessary street smart way to ensure the result-driven product development
  5. Proficient with drawing storyboards, creating wireframes, creating / ‘grooming’ product backlogs, writing user stories and developing acceptance criteria
  6. Experience with running and teaching agile in a workshop or classroom setting (preferred)
  7. Relentless prioritization and alignment to ensure highest value capture
  8. Ability to work at an abstract level and continuously ‘pivot’ to arrive at the highest impact answer for the client
  9. Energized by complex problem solving and ability to push the innovation on solutions
  10. Ability to work under pressure
  11. Excellent communication skills
